Online Orders
We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. However, customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Items showing signs of use, washing, mishandling, or damage will not be accepted.
Returns submitted without prior notification to our Customer Service team will not be processed.
Nishat reserves the right to refuse returns if care instructions have not been followed.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for your returned items to reach our fulfillment center. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at the details above.
Refund processing may take an additional 3 business days, and the amount may take 7–14 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.
SHIPPING COSTS
Nishat will cover return shipping costs only for:

For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. After dispatch, the Return Policy will apply.
