Currently, we do not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please register your complaint by emailing nishatuk@nishatmills.com for inquiry.

 

Refund Process: This will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account as the refund process period may vary from bank to bank. It may take some time before the refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting Customer Care by emailing us at nishatuk@nishatmills.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.

Please note that Nishat reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
  • In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
  • If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
