DELIVERY

Delivery timelines and shipping costs are as follows:

Standard Delivery: 2-7 working days.

Shipping cost within the UK: £4.00

Exclusive for the UK: Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over £150.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday only (except for Federal holidays)

For any concerns related to your order, customers must contact our customer support department within fourteen (14) days of receipt at nishatuk@nishatmills.com

Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained, and Nishat shall not be held responsible for any delivery issues, package loss, exchanges, or returns.

If your order is not received within 10 days, please inform us immediately. Claims made more than 10 days after delivery will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for lost shipments.

When you proceed with your order, you will be presented with the total cost and available payment methods. Additionally, ensure that the shipping address for your order matches the market/region of your purchase. Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated email from Customer Service.
