Refund Policy Nishat UK

A refund will be issued once we receive the product at Nishat UK. This will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Also we are offering Store Credit which valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Any extension of the validity period is subject to approval. Customers can use the credit towards their next purchase on the Nishat UK website.

Refund Process:

When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period, please check your bank account as the refund process period may vary from bank to bank. It may take some time before the refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
