ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting Customer Care by emailing us at nishatuk@nishatmills.com  A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.

Please note that Nishat reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:

• If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
• In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
• If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
